A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Czege-i Was István és (testvére:) ZenthGothard-i Was Zsigmond - fogott bírák útján - úgy egyeznek ki nővérükkel: ZenthEgyed-i Zekel Lőrincné: ZenthGothard-i néhai Was Vid leánya: Margittal a kiházasítása, valamint néhai anyja: Was Vidné: Márta hitbére és jegyajándéka miatti perükben, hogy követelései teljes kielégítéseként végérvényesen átadják neki ZenthEgyed-i (Doboka vm) birtokrészeiket.
