(Thorde, III. d. prof. Georgii) Hederfaya-i Barrabasy Lénárd erdélyi alvajda és székely alispán a nemesek április 23-án (in prof. Georgii) Thorda-n tartott dietája, illetve összejövetele alkalmából (in presenti dieta seu conventione dominorum nobilium) a Kerezthwr-i/Kerezthwry Fülöptől Gyrolth-i Benedek ellen indított becsületbeli keresetben elrendeli, hogy Benedek május 10-én (crast. Asc. dom.) a Kolosmonostra-i konventben harmadmagával tegyen esküt arra, hogy Kerezthwry Fülöp leányával: Zsófiával való eljegyzését esküvel nem pecsételte meg (idem cum ipsa puella pactum sive fedus matrimoniale iuramento superinde prestito non confirmasset). p. 217, nr. 1.
