A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Nagdoba-i Chyzer (dictus) Gál - testvérei: Chyzer Gergely és István nevében is - 100 Ft kötés alatt, fogott bírák közvetítésével, kiegyezik néhai Sarmasag-i András fia: Elekkel, Samson-i Gergely fia: Alberttel és Swthak Jánossal, akik az ő Ilyesthelek nevű (Közép-Szolnok vm) makkos erdejükből szalonnákat vittek el erőszakkal (in silvis eorum glandinosis Ilyesthelek vocatis ... minus iuste et indebite larda de silva ipsorum predicta ipsis provenientia potentialiter abstulissent).
