A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt néhai Maroth-i László fiai: Lajos és Mathyws (magnificorum) Alpreth-i officiálisa: Rwch-i Benedek urai oklevelét felmutatva kiegyezik Zathy (dictus) Antallal és Kristóffal, nagybányai olasz kamarásokkal (Italici camerarii de Rivulodominarum), az ezek familiárisaitól elkövetett fosztogatások ügyében Belső-Szolnok (Zolnok interior) vm ispánjai és szolgabírái által megítélt eskü ügyében. Ha Rwch-i Benedek [1456.] február 6-ig (f. VI. p. Purif.) nem hoz urai pecsétje alatt kelt mentesítő levelet, Alpreth mezővárosa lakóinak egy-egy harmadrésze [1456.] február 6-án (f. VI. p.
