A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt a Wermes-en lakó néhai Merkel (dictus) János fiai: Simon és Miklós (providi) beleegyezésüket adják néhai apjuk megállapodásához, melynek értelmében a Nemethy határán, a Bestercze folyóra épült malom őt illető 3/8-ad részét birodalmi pénzben számított 100 Ft-ért és nyolc ökörért (pro centum florenis imperialis monete ... ac octo bobus) örökösen eladta Zezerma-i néhai Farkas (dictus) Tamás fia: Miklósnak (e). - Regeszta forrása: Jakó, KmJkv 1241.
