A kolozsvári konvent előtt Cluswar-i Springawz Johann özvegye]: Barbara asszony kijelenti, hogy elhunyt férje nem adta el testvérének: Gecch Gasparnak azt a szőlőt, amelyet ura halála után es, a sógora magának elfoglalt, de amelyet - miután Springawz Johann fia: Ladislaus deák emiatt tiltakozott a konventben - beteg feleségével: Margaretével együtt, aki az ő leánya, reá (azaz Barbarára) testáltatott.
