A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Chege-i Lewkes (dictus) Tamás és néhai Gergfalwa-i Péter fia: Miklós Borbatheleke (Gewr vm) nevű birtokukat, melyet távoli fekvése miatt (propter distanciam loci) nem tudnak megvédeni, ideiglenesen átengedik Hedrewara-i Lőrinc (m) nádornak, mert gonosz emberek azt terjesztették felőlük, hogy ők is elhunytak az előbbi pestis idején (tempore scilicet predicte pestilencie).
