Petherd-en lakó Mihály fia: Demeter kijelenti, hogy testvére : Koztha László vérdíja fejében Berkenyes-en lakó Derezkelews Jakab, Pap Péter és Zfora Petru adtak 150 juhot, egy 20 arany Ft-ot érő lovat, építettek és felszereltek egy kápolnát (unam capellam cum attinentiis).
