A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt (Ffarnas-i Dénes) a fentebb (395.sz.) elősoroltak nevében is, tiltakozik amiatt, hogy amikor az erdélyi káptalanhoz és a kolozsmonostori konventhez intézett királyi parancs alapján iktattatni akarták magukat Bochard, Hary és Elwes birtokába, Hwnyad-i János október 6-ra (ad oct. Mich.) perbe idézte őket: s bár bírói székét fontos országos ügyek miatt el kellett halasztania (pro quibusdam eiusdem regni arduis negotiis celebrare non valuissent), a vajda és N-i (Vizaknai Bertalan ?) fia: Miklós (alvajda ?) nem akart nekik perhalasztó levelet kiállítani.
