feria tertia prox. p. f. b. Gregorii pape. A kolosmonostori konvent bizonyítja, hogy megjelent előtte Janka, alias civis de Magyar Barath, akkor Offombanya város polgára, aki a saját és a nevezett Offombanya város előljárósága nevében tiltotta a konvent előtt Zsigmond királyt Felsewlwpsa és Alsolwpsa meg Mwska birtokoknak az eladományozásától, D.....nich fia, Iwanka-t pedig azoknak a kieszközlésétől, elfoglalásától és használatától.
