Egyházi hatóság megparancsolja megbízottainak, hogy intsék meg és idézzék perbe mindazokat a személyeket, akiket István őrkanonok, vagy a kincstárnok, vagy prokátora megnevez, és tegyenek jelentést a megintés és az idézés lefolytatásáról.
