Székesfehérvárott tartott sedrián Ezen-i Demeter szolgabíró a székesfehérvári keresztes konvent kérésére megkérdezte a jelenlévőket, akik egybehangzóan vallották, hogy Barbel Gál székesfehérvári polgár négy éve lovaival letapostatta a keresztesek Izka-i szőlőjét, továbbá, hogy Mihay György székesfehérvári polgár március 12 körül száz ökrével ugyanezt tette. - Gregorius Erdew de Tatharfalwa et Martinus Porkolab de Zenthpether vicecomites comitatus Albensis. - Hátlapjára nyomott gyűrűspecsétek töredéke. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Érszegi).
