Visegrád. 28. 22. d. Oct. Epiph. Szécsi Miklós országbíró a székesfehérvári káptalannak. Mivel István királyi főlovászmester és Dénes testvére többszöri idézésre nem jelent meg a keresztesek Gyanth birtokának elfoglalása ügyében, ezért újra megidézteti őket március 27-re. Eredeti, papír, sarkain szakadozott, hátlapján kerek záró pecsét töredéke.
