Zsigmond király parancsára Beer-i Benedek, királyi ember és István clericus december 14-én vizsgálatot tartva, megtudták, hogy Ewrs-i Bychkele fia Albert, valamint anyja, Zsuzsanna elfoglalták a kereszteseknek azt az Archa (Tolna megye)-i birtokrészét, amit eddig bérbe vettek.
