Zenthmartonfyle-i Benedek diák királyi ember és Pál succentor június 29-én vizsgálatot tartva megállapították, hogy Zenthgyurgh-i Vinche-nek mondott Bálint fia István Baroh-i Benedeknek a székesfehérvári káptalan lectorának a biztatására elfoglalta a székesfehérvári keresztes konvent Izka birtokát. - Hátlapján ovális pecsét nyoma.
