A budai káptalan Galyas-nak mondott Tamás, az apácák dominikánus procuratorának kérésére átírja a Nyulak Szigeti Szűz Mária-kolostor apácái részére IV. László király 1277. október 6. után kiállított privilegiumát. A hátlapon középkori irással: Tauarnaknak adománya iktatása és hatar yrasa. Kék-fehér zsinóron függő pecsét. BUDAI KÁPTALAN
