A zobori konvent jelenti Lajos királynak, hogy parancsára kiküldte hiteles emberét, István papot, akinek jelenlétében Hymd-i Mihály királyi ember Sigfrid garamszentbenedeki apát előtt megtiltotta Sente Bors-i polgárnak és hospesnek, hogy a garamszentbenedeki konvent Seulen-i földjeit művelje.
