Reminiscere. A szepesi káptalan a karthausi rendbeli Donawycz districtusban levő szentantalvölgyi rendház perjele bemutatásában átírja a menedékkövi konvent és perjel, János 1352. ápr. 26-i oklevelét. Herbordus menedékkövi perjel a maga és a konvent nevében az átírt oklevélben foglaltakat megerősítette. Eredeti, hártya, ABC chirographum a hártya felső szélén, piros fonalakon sérült függőpecsét. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi) SZEPESI KÁPTALAN
