(in v. Petri et Pauli.) A szepesi káptalan előtt Zerethwa-i Ramocha Ferenc, rokonai terhét is magára vállalván, a Sáros megyei Ozthropathaka nevű birtokán hét, az oklevélben név szerint felsorolt jobbágyokkal megült jobbágytelkét s két elnéptelenedett telkét Bertholthy Szaniszlónak és utódainak 350 arany forintért eladta.
