Vitus carmelita testvér, Bodony-i püspök, a pécsi püspök suffraganeusa, a Prosper római diaconus-biborostól a pécsi egyházmegyei Kezegh falu mellett a pálos szezrzetesek részére emelt kolostor bizonyos feltételek mellett történő látogatásakor az ott elsorolt ünnepnapokon engedélyezett 100 napi búcsút kiterjeszti az év vasárnapjain történő látogatásokra, minden alkalommal 40 napi búcsút engedélyezve. Eredeti, hártya; Porsper biboros oklevelének a szövege után írva. Függő pecsétje, amely Prosper biboros hártyájára volt függesztve, hiányzik.
