(”in castro nostro Zarwaskw.”) Monozlo-i Chupor Pál bán fia György a körösmegyei Felsew és Alsow Kozowcz, Maryasoucz, Polachna falvakban levő elhagyott birtokrészeit, amelyek őt vétel útján s más jogon illetik meg s amelyeknek régtől fogva háborítatlan birtokában volt, a ”sub monte Garigh” levő páloskolostornak adományozza. - Papíron, nyílt alakban, a szöveg alatt kis zöld viaszpecsét nyomával. - Regeszta forrása: Publikált regeszta (Mályusz Elemér): LK 12 (1934) 114/318.
