Mátyás király a budai káptalanhoz. Határolja meg a Tharkan falu feletti, az in valle auxilii lévő Szűz Mária-kolostor kartauzi rendű barátainak és az egerhez közeli Mária-Magdolna-kolostor pálos szerzeteseinek hevemegyei Bothond nevű birtokát és abba iktassa be őket, az ellenmondókat pedig idézze meg Szent Mihály nyolcadára. Királyi emberek: Tharkan-i Miklós, Zalath-i Gergely, FArnos-i Passay Simon, Bachka-i Péter vagy Watha-i Benedek. Eredeti, papíron. Zárlatán pecsét nyomával. MÁTYÁS 1 KIRÁLY
