(Garig. fasc. 6. nr. 39.) Deche-i János fia Bálint közjegyző Bálint vicarius kérésére ”in ecclesia beati Nicolai de Gerzencze” átírja a következő okleveleket: Dl. 35341, Dl. 35334, Dl. 35511. Dl. 35520, Dl. 35517 és Dl. 35555. (L. 95., 70., 210., 221., 217., 243. sz. a.) - Papíron, közelkorú egyszerű másolat. - Hátlapján a kövekező XV. századi feljegyzés: Item. Nos fratres conventus claustri Garig ac nobilis vir Emericus de Raven ad pacis devenimus unionem in causis inter iobagiones ipsius Emerici tali condicione interposita, quod ipsi nobis debeant de duobus florenis plenariam inpendere satisfaccionem, aut in prompta pecunia aut laborare pro eisdem per tres solidos usque festum assumpcionis.
