Palocz-i László országbíró bizonyítja, hogy a veszprémi káptalan a tőle messze fekvő Zala megyei Keszi possessióban levő részét, 17 egész lakott jobbágytelket, 3 malmot az Egregy folyón és a Halyagos szőlőhegyet minden tartozékával együtt átadta Ráthoth-i Lászlónak, az viszont cserébe adta érte birtokrészét a Zala megyei Chánfalva possessióban maga Veszprém megyei Rátoth birtokban, ez utóbbiban álló kőből épült kuriájával egyetemben. - Földrajzi nevek PÁLÓCI LÁSZLÓ ORSZÁGBÍRÓ
