(Garig. fasc. 6. nr. 12.) A zágrábi káptalan előtt András szerzetes az ”in promontorio castri Garigh” levő páloskolostor nevében tiltakozik, hogy Monozlo-i Chupor Ákos özvegye, Mária, jobbágyaikat kifoszttatta, megverette, úgy, hogy egyik sebeibe bele is halt, ”nullam tamen iusticiam prius ex parte pretactorum iobagionum ipsorum ab eisdem prefata domina Maria postulasset”, a szerzeteseket és a Kozoucz-ba jönni szándékozó jobbágyokat halállal fenyegette, azonkívül házaik és termésük felgyújtásával fenyegetőzött. - Papíron, nyílt alakban, hátlapján ovális viaszpecsét nyomával. - Regeszta forrása: Publikált regeszta (Mályusz Elemér): LK 12 (1934) 125-126/339.
