Mátyás király Ambrus literatushoz, a szegedi sókamara kamarásához. Mivel lelkiüdvéért a zselizi (in Silisio) pálos kolostornak évenként 100 arany forint értékű sót adományozoztt a szegedi sókamarából, azért ismételten meghagjya neki, hogy levele vétele után azonnal utaljon ki a nevezett kolostor részére 100 arany forint értékű sót a király számlájára. A levelet nyugtatványként megőrizheti. - A szöveg alatt jobbra: Ad relationem Andree Pongracz magistri pincernarum . - A szöveg alatt pecsét töredékeivel. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
