Mátyás királynak a jászai konventhez. Miután hozzájárult ahhoz a bevalláshoz, mely szerint Ilswafew-i Thekes János a tornamegyei Borzwa birtokon lévő egész birtokát a Gombazeg-i Szűz Mária kolostornak és az ottani remete-szerzeteseknek adta, és nekik adta a birtokban rejlő királyi jogot, iktassa be Lazo-i János, Therezthe-i Domokos, Komiathy-i Zabo István és László, Komiathy-i Albert, Keuzeg-i János, Barakon-i János királyi emberek valamelyike a remete-szerezeteseket a fenti részbirtokba és királyi jogba.
