sextodecimo die festi Margarethe. A budai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Mátyás király 1472 jun. 24-én kelt parancsára Korhy-i Kelemen királyi ember Kara-i Bálint mester kanonok káptalani kiküldött jelenlétében a remeteszerzeteseket bevezette Kereszthur, Detha, Korhy, Baas, Kerem birtokokba, Raákus, Egyhatas- Petri prediumokba, a vámba és a halastóba a királyi joggal együtt. Szomszédok: Thulos-i Miklós, Byk-i László, Bay-i Mihály, Lutz királyi birtok officialisa: Máté vámos. - Tamás cantor, László custos, Pál, másik Pál, Miiklós, Tamás, Benedek, Máté, Fülöp, Mihály, Lőrinc mesterek kanonok.
