A székesfehérvári káptalan előtt Zsigmond Garygh-i pálos szerzetes a kolostor nevében eltiltja Mátyás királyt a körösmegyei Alsokozolcz, Fewlsekozolcz, Maryasolcz, Palechna falvak eladományozásától, Monozlo-i Chwpor Miklóst és anyját: Máriát pedig azok elfoglalásától. - Papíron, nyílt alakban, hátlapján ovális viaszpecsét nyomával. - Dl. 35133.
