Ezlaar-i Mihály a szabolcsmegyei Tardos birtokon lévő részét zálogba adja Bay-i Nenkey Gergelynek 15 aranyforintért. - A szöveg alatt gyűrűspecsét töredékével. (Petri ap. videlicet Kathedra).
