A csázmai káptalan előtt Beketyncz-i Beke Péter fia Paulekowych Mihály eladja a ”sub monte Garygh”-i pálos kolostornak Beketyncz faluban levő 14 jobbágytelkét s nemesi kúriáját 210 aranyforintért s a szerzetesek Zrednamellek és Labasowcz falvakban levő birtokrészeiért; a Labasowcz-i szőlők tizede azonban továbbra is a szerzeteseké marad.
