Zalai konvent bizonyítja, hogy előtte providus Naghzenthpal-i Moroczhely Pál a maga, felesége Ilona asszony és leánya Dorottya nevében és Pál fia: János szintén a maga és felesége: Ágota asszony és mindenfajta vérrokonuk nevében a Somogy megyei Palch possessióban a Pathak nevü folyón álló malmukat Zenthersebeth-i Warster Györgynek s feleségének Ilona asszonynak 95 magyar arany forint örök áron eladták, illetve adományozták.
