(penultima die Augusti), Esztergom. Nagbayon-i János notarius által leírt parancs, amely a címzetteknek meghagyja, hogy Kako Lászlót és feleségét, Ágotát, valamint Weres Jánost és fiát, Györgyöt vétkes makacsságuk miatt ünnepélyes formák között a templomokban vasár- és ünnepnapokon közösítsék ki. - Papíron, papírfelzetes az oklevél szövege alá nyomott gemmapecséttel.
