Ujhely (Wyhel), a pecsételés idején. Ujhely város (Stephanus Kolbas, Benedictus Seke, Blasius litteratus, Emericus Konth, Albertus Eszeny iudices et iurati de Wyhel ceterique cives de eadem) előtt Chiczak Mátyás tanúsítja, hogy a szőlőt, amelyet a Therebes-i Daro Pétertől vett a Fekethe hegyen 10 arany forintért, keletről a pálosok délről egy nagy árok, nyugatról szintén a pálosok, északról a város útja szomszédságában, ugyancsak 10 arany forintért eladta a felsőujhelyi Szűz Máriáról nevezett pálos kolostornak. - Papíron, a hátoldalon rányomott pecsét nyomával. - MOL, (AP Ujhely f.3 n.28) - Regeszta forrása: Publikált regeszta (Bándi Zsuzsanna): BLÉ 5 (1985) 714.
