Albert székesfehérvári és pécsi kanonok, Zsigmond pécsi káptalan írásbeli ajánlatára Apathyzenthmarthon-i Gergely fia Benedek papnak adományozza az Abalygeth-i plébániát, mely Simon pap önkéntes lemondása folytán üresedett meg. 1492 június 29. Papíron, nyílt alakban, aljára nyomott, töredezett, zöld pecséttel. Az oklevél szövege alatt más írással: Nicolaus de Lazko notarius.
