(Garig. fasc. 7. nr. 45.) A csázmai káptalan előtt Jakab, a ”promontorium Garigh”-i pálosok vicariusa elismeri, hogy Monozlo-i Chupor István özvegye, Erzsébet, férje végrendeletének értelmében, visszaadta a kolostornak a körösmegyei Kozowecz falut, amelyet még férjének elődei foglaltak el.
