A Zakaczi közelében levő Szent Domonkos monostor perjele, György tanúsítja, hogy János volt Gardus-i plébános egy Kelewiz birtokon levő szőlőjét 8 magyar arany forintért Kelewiz-i Mehalfi Pálnak (provido et honesto) adta el olyan kikötéssel, hogy ha Mehalfi Pál meghal, akkor csak a kolostornak idegeníthetik el a szőlőt. - Papíron, az oklevél szövege alatt rányomott pecséttel, s a perjel sajátkezű aláírásával.
