Ulászló király hűséges szolgálatai fejében Zakachy-i Gondos János mester királyi szakácsnak és örököseinek a Somogy megyei Zakachy birtokon egy nemesi telket vagy udvarházat (unam sessionem seu curiam nobilitarem) adományoz, amely korábban a néhai Zakachy-i Kowach Gergelyé volt s megszakadása folytán háramlott a királya. - Papíron, az oklevél szövege alá nyomott papírfelzetes pecséttel, Relatio reverendi Sigismundi Thurzo prepositi Albensis secretarii regie maiestatis kancelláriai jegyzettel.
