(Csáktornya, nr. 43. és 44.) ”Nos Sigismundus Pyers de Threwen regie maiestatis regni Romanorum comitatusque Methlyngh capitaneus”, mint néhai Thoran-i Ffadan Kristóf végrendeletének végrehajtója s sógora a Chaktornya-i pálosoknak átadja a Zazad promontoriumon, Ztrelecz Bálint és Zadrawecz Balázs szőlője között fekvő szőlőt, amelyet Kristóf halálos ágyán nekik hagyott.
