A csázmai káptalan előtt Miklós, a Lyepaglawa-i pálosok nevében tiltakozik, hogy Gywlay János az ő Kamenycza nevű birtokuk és a hozzátartozó villák birtokába be akarja magát iktattatni, miért is őt az elfoglalástól, Ulászló királyt pedig az eladományozástól eltiltja.
