(Lepogl., fasc. 2., nr. 30.) Ulászló király a Leppaglawa-i pálosokat megerősíti Mátyás királytól nyert kiváltságukban, hogy jobbágyaik mentesek az adófizetéstől, s egyszersmind figyelmezteti Varasd megye fő-, alispánjait, szolgabíráit és dicatorait, hogy ”ad solucionem presentis taxe seu subsidii” se merjék a jobbágyokat kényszeríteni. A szöveg alján: Relatio reverendi domini Ladislai electi Vaciensis secretarii regie maiestatis. Hártyán, rózsaszín-kék-zöld sodrott selyemfonálról függő titkos pecséttel.
