Lajos király a Pesth-i Petheö János és társainak királyi adomány címén a Pest megyei Sywl, Karthal és Saag, meg a Nógrád megyei Bodon possessiokba történt bevezetésénél nyilvánított ellentmondás miatt az ellentmondó alperesek, Temeskőzy Zsigmond özvegye: Margit asszony és társai meg a felperesek közt indult pert a következő év Szent Mihály nyolcadjára halasztja.
