A zágrábi káptalan előtt Drwskocz-i János a maga és fiai: Bernát, Boldizsár és István nevében eltiltja Lajos királyt az őt örökös jogon megillető varasdmegyei Benkowcz falu eladományozásától, Gywla-i János özvegyét, Bacthyan-i Zsófiát és fiait, Istvánt és Farkast pedig annak elfoglalásától.
