(in crastino Dorothee virg.), Buda. II. Lajos király Kysthokay-i Farkas Ferenc kérésére és bemutatásában átírja a jászói konvent 1520. május 19-én kelt oklevelét (BLÉ V [1985] 668) és II. Lajos király 1520. november 19-én Debrecen mezővárosban kelt (BLÉ V [1985] 668) oklevelét s az ezekben foglaltakat megerősíti. - Hártyán, alul függőpecsétre utaló bevágásokkal, a hátoldalon a regisztrálásra vonatkozó feljegyzéssel (Regestrata fol. 400) és Relacio magistri Thome archipresbyteri de Beregzaaz secretarii regie maiestatis kancelláriai jegyzettel. - MOL, (AP Lád f.4 n.5) - Regeszta forrása: Publikált regeszta (Bándi Zsuzsanna): BLÉ 5 (1985) 669.
