(Remethe, fasc. 4. nr. 8.) A zágrábi káptalan előtt Márk, a promonthorium Zagrabiense-i pálosok vicariusa tiltakozik, hogy Alap-i Boldizsár, Szlavónia al-bánja Mykchewcz-i jobbágyaival az ő zágrábmegyei Petrwssowcz nevű falujokban levő rétjeiket és szántóföldjeiket Fülöp és Jakab apostolok ünnepe után saját használatára felszánttatta és bevettette.
