(XIII. Kal. Oct.). I. Lajos király az Vyhel-i Szent Egyed kolostor nevében megjelent Mihály szentlászlói perjel bemutatásában átírja I. Károly király 1358. szeptember 19-én kelt, I. Károlynak a havasalföldi hadjáratban elveszett pecsétjével megerősített oklevelét a Szent Egyed egyház földjeiről és malmairól, s az abban foglaltakat Erzsébet királyné, a főpapok és bárók hozzájárulásával megerősíti. - Hártyán, piros zsinóron kettőspecsét töredékével. - MOL, (AP Ujhely f.1 n.3) - Átírva a budai káptalan 1402. május 15-én kelt oklevelében: DL 4711 (AP Ujhely f.1 n.3) - Regeszta forrása: Publikált regeszta (Bándi Zsuzsanna): BLÉ 5 (1985) 694.
