Kont Miklós nádor a kunok bírája, elhalasztja a Duna szigeti Szent Kereszt pálos kolostor priorja, László, valamint a Budrugh-i Szent Péter kolostor apátja, Péter között egy Hathyes nevű halászóhely tulajdonjoga ügyében folyó pert abból a célból, hogy a felek a következő időpontig, ha akarnak, megegyezhessenek.
