Károly király lelki üdvössége érdekében az Wyhel-i Szent Egyedről nevezett pálos egyházat meg kívánja őrizni jogaiban, s megerősíti őket a Béla, István és András magyar királyok által nekik adományozott földekben és malmokban, továbbá az Wyhel falu népétől vett földek és szőlők birtokában. - Hártyán, a hátoldalon rányomott pecsét töredékével. - MOL, (AP Ujhely f.1 n.1) - Átírva I.
