Buda. Petri ad vincula. II. Lajos király megparancsolja Ded-i Zabo Pál, Bereky Ferenc, Zakachy-i Tholway Mihály, egy másik Tholway Mihály, Moryczhel-i Vince deák, And-i Kowach István és Wyd-i László Somogy megyei nemeseknek, hogy arról a fogott bírói tárgyalásról, amelyet a Zenthpal közelében lévő Szent Péter tiszteletére emelt pálos kolostor és Bayna-i Both Ferenc, valamint János közötti peres ügyek elsimítására rendeztek, hiteles írást készíttessenek a somogyi konventtel.
