”Sanctus de Stagiis canonicus Veglie”, pápai közjegyző s ”iudex ordinarius” előtt Simon, a Cirquiniza-i pálosok priorja és néhai ”Antonius Bosgnachide Paniquis” utódai kiegyeznek a közöttük régibb idő óta folyó viszályban oly módon, hogy az utóbbiak elismerik apjuk akaratának érvényességét, a kolostornak hagyott adományt.
